What we will not do

​

1. We will not write a document from scratch for you, nor will we add our own ideas and words onto an extant one. We want our clients to take pride in the best version possible of their own work, secure in the knowledge that it is indeed a product of their own ingenuity and toil which has merely been professionally polished. 

2. We will not retain the document (or any copies) after it has been satisfactorily returned to the client. 

3. We will not plagiarize or sell your work. Honestly, we very much enjoy writing our own essays and absolutely have no need to 'knock-off' yours (and we mean that in the nicest and most caring way possible).

4. We will not guarantee you an 'A' on your assignment or an immediate promotion once your professor and/or boss witnesses the stunning example of genius that is your essay/internal email. We fancy that our services certainly can aid your GPA and/or career ambitions, but sadly we are not ultimately in control of these.

What we will do

1. We will polish your document, whether it be a term essay, an important corporate email, or a letter to your grandmother, into the best possible draft of the original.

2. ​We will do this by correcting all grammatical missteps, spelling mistakes, and syntactical errors, etc. (see the 'Editing' tab for further details). 

3. We will suggest possible word substitutions if the vocabulary of the document seems lacking, advise on structural issues, and even provide tough-love opinions on the readability and level of reader engagement of the document if necessary. 

4. We will ensure 100% complete client confidentiality and anonymity in all cases - we have no personal interest in grandma's secret recipe, the upcoming corporate merger, or the hidden stash of premium rum in your office desk drawer, we promise!
